Shipping is free of charge on orders which are over the minimum quantity of 12 outers

The minimum quantity on all orders is 12 outers 

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually despatched the following day so can expect to be received within 2 working days

4. My goods have gone out of date, can I get a refund?

Our products generally have an extremely long shelf life of 12-18 months, therefore, if you still hold out of date stock, we are unable to give a refund 

5. Can I track my order?

Once an order is despatched, you will get an email from the courier to inform you of when you can expect to receive the goods
